We understand that you may have questions about shipping. Below we have created a list of shipping frequently asked questions to help.
How will my order ship?

Our packages are shipped using either the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

What is the typical transit time for a delivery?

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order online?

When a tracking number is provided, you can track your order shipment using the carrier's website.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

If we bill your insurance company, Medicare, or Medicaid for your ordered items, your order is shipped for free.

Do you ship to a P.O Box address?

P.O. box addresses can only be serviced through postal services as courier services are not available.

What items are delivered in person VS. being shipped to my home?

Items delivered in person to your home will consist of your initial equipment setup and reoccurring tank deliveries. All accessories/soft goods items and medications will be shipped directly to your home once an order has been processed.
