Care Check™
Care Check™ is a service designed to meet the needs of patients with early stage Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The program includes:
- Home visits by clinical specialists
- Detailed clinical education on the disease process and therapy
- Respiratory assessment with oximetry screening when ordered by prescribing practitioner
- Follow-up on prescribed therapies and equipment management
HeartSteps®
Lincare's HeartSteps® educational services are designed to assist you in managing congestive heart failure (CHF) treatment. Our goals with the HeartSteps® program include:
- Improving your self-management of CHF
- Increasing intervals between hospital admissions
- Assessing your functional level and exercise needs
- Improving compliance with prescribed therapy
