As part of this initiative, employees who submitted their favorite nonprofits were entered into a random drawing for financial grants to benefit those organizations. Here’s what happened:
- Global Drawing: Six employees across Linde’s global network were selected to receive $5,000 grants for their chosen approved nonprofit organizations
- Local Drawing: Ten Lincare employees were randomly chosen to receive $100 grants for their selected nonprofits.
The response was incredible, over 750 colleagues from 40 countries participated, showcasing the passion and commitment of our team to make a positive impact.
