How is bilevel therapy different from CPAP?
Toggle
CPAP provides one continuous pressure, while bilevel machines provide two pressures, one for inhalation and one for exhalation. This dual-pressure setup is often more comfortable for people who struggle to exhale against a constant pressure or who have more complex breathing needs.

Toggle
Many patients find bilevel therapy more comfortable than CPAP because the lower exhalation pressure makes breathing feel more natural.
