Through the new chat feature, all users, including patients, HIPAA-approved contacts, and potential patients, can quickly and easily contact the Lincare team. Users can access the chat feature by clicking on the chat icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. After verifying their identification, they will be connected with a live representative.
