Lincare.com Launches New Chat Feature to Enhance Patient Experience

We are excited to announce the launch of our new chat feature, which allows patients to communicate directly with our team of professionals. This new feature is now available for use, and we hope it will enhance the patients' experience with Lincare.

The chat feature is available to all who visit Lincare.com during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET

Through the new chat feature, all users, including patients, HIPAA-approved contacts, and potential patients, can quickly and easily contact the Lincare team. Users can access the chat feature by clicking on the chat icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. After verifying their identification, they will be connected with a live representative.

Lincare is committed to providing the highest level of care to its patients. The launch of this new chat feature is just another example of how the company is working to enhance the patient experience with the adoption of new digital technologies.
