This year, they partnered with The Salvation Army's Silver Bells and Angel Tree program to bring happiness to 50 seniors and children in need, ensuring their holidays were filled with warmth and joy.
The initiative enabled employees to personally connect with those they were assisting by choosing wish list cards for specific recipients. The response was incredible, with every card claimed almost immediately and gifts accumulating under the beautifully decorated tree in the headquarters atrium. This collaborative effort guaranteed that The Salvation Army could distribute all the gifts on schedule for their holiday event.
The success of the gift drive was a genuine team effort, with the IT department playing a crucial role in coordinating donations, including organizing gift cards from both headquarters employees and those working remotely. This initiative exemplifies how remote employees can actively engage and collaborate with their in-office colleagues, fostering a sense of unity and teamwork.
