The seat may swivel to allow access when the front is blocked by the handlebars. Two batteries are stored on board and can be charged either onboard or through a separate battery charger.

    How do I know if I qualify for a mobility scooter?

    The medical necessity of power mobility equipment must be determined by your ordering provider. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from safely ambulating or have had falls or fear of falling inside your home even with the use of other assistive devices such as a cane, walker or can no longer self-propel a manual wheelchair, you may want to discuss power mobility products with your ordering provider.

    What is the process to qualify for a mobility scooter?

    Will my insurance pay for the mobility scooter?

    Medicare may pay up to 80% of the charges for a medically necessary mobility scooter.

    Once we receive the required documentation from your prescriber and verify your insurance coverage, you will be contacted to schedule a time to deliver and set up your power scooter.

    During your first year of ownership if you need service of any kind, you simply call our toll free number, 866-387-2668, and we will handle the repairs. Many times we can diagnosis your problem immediately over the phone. After one year, Medicare may will pay to service your power wheelchair in your home.
