Is the OxyGo® NEXT continuous flow?

    Toggle

The OxyGo® NEXT POCs is pulse dose flow only.

My OxyGo® NEXT is overheating, what should I do?

    Toggle

It's common for an OxyGo® to overheat if the air intake vents are blocked. This could happen because of placing the unit in a bag or purse, or by putting it in the carrying case the wrong way. If you have checked that the air intakes are not blocked, and the unit still overheats, it is recommended to call your local Lincare Center for service.

Can OxyGo® POCs be used with a CPAP or Bilevel device?

    Toggle

No, OxyGo® portable oxygen concentrators are not suitable for use with CPAP or Bilevel devices, as they are designed for pulse dose delivery only.

My battery is not holding a charge. What should I do?

    Toggle

It's important to note that the concentrator can pull a small charge from the battery even when it's not in use, which can sometimes cause the battery to drain quicker than expected. To prevent this, it's recommended by the manufacture to remove the battery from the OxyGo® NEXT if you're not planning to use it for an extended period of time. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please get in touch with your local Lincare Center for assistance.
