During the week of May 12–16, Lincare proudly joins our parent company, Linde, in celebrating Global Safety Commitment Week. This dedicated time allows us to renew our focus on safety, even as we continue to make significant strides in enhancing our safety performance each year.

Emphasizing a Culture of Safety

Safety is not just a priority at Lincare; it is a core value that underpins everything we do. This week is not only about recognizing our achievements but also about reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement. We have made remarkable progress in reducing incidents and improving our safety performance over the past year. These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication and diligence of our employees, who consistently prioritize safety in their daily tasks.

Pillars of Safety and Stop Work Authority

The cornerstone of our safety initiatives during this week is our daily commitment to our Pillars of Safety (above). These guiding principles are designed to keep every employee vigilant and proactive when it comes to safety measures. A key aspect of this initiative is the Stop Work Authority, which empowers all Lincare employees to take immediate action if they observe any unsafe conditions or behaviors. If you see something that poses a risk, remember to speak up and stay safe.

Our Commitment

During Global Safety Commitment Week, Lincare emphasizes the importance of vigilance and proactive measures for a safe work environment. Lincare fosters a safety-oriented culture throughout its operations and invites employees, healthcare professionals, and patients to participate in this observance. Our commitment to safety remains unwavering, and this week serves as a crucial reminder of the role each of us plays in fostering a safer workplace.
