Lincare Launches Hurricane Helene Support Drive

Clearwater, FL – We are proud to announce the initiation of a Hurricane Support drive in response to the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. This initiative showcases Lincare's commitment to its employees and their communities, ensuring the continuity of care for patients while also providing crucial support to our dedicated team members during these challenging times.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, Lincare employees have demonstrated remarkable resilience and unity. They have been working tirelessly to maintain our operations and continue delivering essential care to our patients in the hardest-hit areas across multiple states. However, we acknowledge the severe personal impacts some of our employees have faced due to the hurricane.

To assist our colleagues in their recovery, Lincare is pledging a significant financial contribution through an employee-driven initiative aimed at supporting the Lincare Employee Relief Fund. This fund, supported by and for our employees, is designed to provide critical assistance to those affected by hardships, including natural disasters such as hurricanes, fires, floods, and other unforeseen challenges.

As part of this initiative, Lincare will match 100% of employee contributions to the Relief Fund, effectively doubling the impact of every donation. This generous matching pledge ensures that our collective efforts will provide meaningful support to those in need. By coming together to support the Relief Fund, we can help our colleagues rebuild and recover, ensuring they have the resources needed to navigate these challenging circumstances.

Lincare encourages all employees and stakeholders to participate in the Hurricane Support drive and contribute to the Relief Fund. As of today, we are proud to announce that we have successfully raised over $20,415 thanks to the generous contributions and unwavering support of our dedicated team members. Our company is now matching the entire employee total with another $20,412! Combined, the grand total contribution to the Lincare Employee Relief Fund is $40,824.

Together, we are making a significant difference in the lives of those affected and uphold the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines Lincare. Additionally, our parent company Linde has a long-standing partnership with the American Red Cross and support can be requested by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS or reaching out to your local Red Cross office.
